The MARTIN Rework Dispenser 06_5 allows processing of all types of components such as QFP’s, BGA’s, CSP’s and QFN’s.
The Easy Dispense software provides a simple solution to creating accurate repeatable dispense patterns for all common components.
Any dispensing programs not contained in the comprehensive program library can easily be established using CamDesigner or the editor.
The Rework Dispenser 06_5 supports conformance to IPC standard A-610C and provides the assurance needed for reworking printed circuit boards with high and very high reliability requirements.

Dispensing Equipment for Small Batches and Rework

Automatic Dispenser with Advanced Time Pressure Technology, heated dispensing head
mounted on CCD axes system, high-resolution camera system with USB adapter and EasyDispens software package.
With the corresponding Starter Kit the Dot Liner systems can be used straight away.

This equipment is especially suitable for dispensing tasks involving filled media, such as
solder paste in rework and high precision dispensing of adhesives, oils and low viscosity
fluids in small scale production including the application of solder unto QFNs.
